David has been a cartoonist for Barron's, The Chronicle of Higher Education, Carlton Cards/ American Greetings, Soul Trader of London, and many other publications. He is also a writer who has published books with Alfred A. Knopf, Gale Press, and Ghost Road Press, and he holds a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a MA in English from Northern Illinois University, and a BA in Anthropology from NIU. David has taught Writing and Literature at a number of universities and colleges in the United States: Knox College, Northern Illinois University, the University of Illinois at Chicago, Sangamon State University, Metro State College of Denver, and the University of Colorado at Boulder. In addition, his cartoons have appeared in Barons, The Chronicle of Higher Education, Acoustic Guitar magazine, Strings magazine, The Rocky Mountain News, Tribune Media, and more. He has worked as a Graphic Recorder/Facilitator for Educational Institutes and businesses throughout the US.

Sharla Macy has been a licensed LMFT since 1987 in California, receiving reciprocated licensure in Colorado in 1993. She has provided workshops on Conflict Resolution, Leadership, and Strategic Thinking, while working with numerous people in therapeutic situations. She has made a name for herself as a superb communicator who can help individuals and companies see through their problems and make change. Sharla has served on numerous panels, such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, United Behavioral Health, Cigna, Horizons, Humana and Mines and Associates.

Mike O'Connell is co-owner of O'Connell & Crawford LLC, a boutique PR firm that has represented financial clients such as The Chicago Board of Trade, The Chicago Climate Exchange, ICAP; corporate clients, including Farley Industries Inc., The International Brotherhood of Teamsters, the Illinois Facilities Fund; educational clients, such as Loyola University, the Ewing Marion Coffman Foundation, and a range of political candidates in Illinois. Mike has spent more than 20 years in financial communications, including 12 as Vice President/Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Chicago Board of Trade, a position in which he served as the exchange’s senior communications and administrative officer. His chief responsibilities included developing media and business strategies for the exchange's leadership, writing major policy addresses, and interfacing with the global financial news media. The latter included conducting press briefings in many overseas financial centers and traveling frequently to Europe, Asia, and South America.

Kelly Williams is an Attorney, with a BA and MA in English, and she is a candidate in the prestigious Doctoral Program in Leadership at UCD Denver. She has been an Assistant State's Attorney in Illinois, Assistant Director of Illinois State's Joint Committee for Administrative Rules, an attorney in private practice, an Appeal Attorney for the Illinois Supreme Court, an Educator and a Principal. Kelly brings years of experience to the table in areas of Strategic Organization, Leadership, Personnel Management, Education, and Law.
