In a meeting, whether it is held in profit oriented company or nonprofit organization, the process occur within it can give many solutions or it can be dull and therefore useless. There are many alternatives applied n meeting. One of them is graphic recording. With graphic recording we can express experience, thoughts, and ideas in a more creative way. Why? It is because the record of the meeting uses pictures instead of merely using words. By having graphic recording, besides getting more interest on the subject being discussed, we are drawn to be involved creatively. Moreover, the display shown in the end can be used as group memory. |

No matter where we work, we cannot avoid the meeting that must be done for the members of the organization or the company. However, we can see that there is many discussion or workshop that does not interest us at all. This will cost much on the future of the members and also the company’s mission. To solve it, we can apply graphic recording. By using it, if we the speaker cannot draw the members to speak as well, at least the members give attention to it. Why? It is because the recording applied gives more variation since it combines artistic format of picture and the text. With the graphic record, we can also have group memory. |
