Being in organization always needs consistency of each of the members in the organization to achieve the common goals. However, it is impossible to be done effectively if the members do not know the larger picture of the organization. To give more information to all of the members (it can be represented by the managers), we know that meeting is the most common way. However, in the application the meeting will be effective if there is interesting method in communicating ideas and thoughts. Therefore, we know one of the alternatives, which is the graphic recording. It records the process and the conclusion of the meeting in large visual display of words and pictures. |

Like it or not, when we do not have the ability to communicate well in front of public, we cannot have our smart and useful ideas applicable. Therefore, we know that in some organization even the experienced public speaker need creative media.
One of the media is called as the graphic recording. This is used as the process of meeting is done so that the dynamics and the conclusion can be literally drawn in pictures. Yes, with the graphic recording, we can get more interesting information, ideas, thought, expression, experience, etc in the form of pictures. Besides have more focused attention, the members can be more effectively and actively involved in the meeting. |
