When we need to communicate with other people in the groups, we need to have the media that will be interesting for the participants in a meeting. There are many alternatives of media to have it.
One of them is by using the graphic recording. One of the advantages of using the graphic record is the artistic picture and words display that get everyone’s attention.
It is used for many reasons. For example, it can be used for making statements on visions of a company. It is also applicable to clarify strategies or the strategic change that will be applied. Moreover, it is also best to be applied by the members in a meeting to have a group memory. |

There are many things that can be achieved by an organization. However, these targets can only be achieved if the members really know what they are doing and they also know how to deal with the problems.
Usually, it is solved by holding a meeting. There a method that can give more involvement by the members in the meeting. It is called as graphic recording. An example of application for graphic recording is to encourage strategic thinking by using the pictures on the record. Besides that, the graphic record can also gives group memory. Moreover, with the large picture shown in the record, we can also easily see vision statements of a company. |
