Being in organization always needs consistency of each of the members in the organization to achieve the common goals. However, it is impossible to be done effectively if the members do not know the larger picture of the organization.

To give more information to all of the members (it can be represented by the managers), we know that meeting is the most common way. However, in the application the meeting will be effective if there is interesting method in communicating ideas and thoughts.
