Reaching the goals is not as easy as we think when we run a company or an organization. The contribution of the whole members of the organization can only be obtained if they are fully motivated. To do that, usually a meeting shown in order to see the goals to achieve or the problems to be solved is held. However, the technical aspect must also be considered. For example, we need to know how to make the meeting interesting. One of the alternatives to have it is by applying the graphic recording. This process records the points of the meeting within large display of interesting picture and words. It can draw more attention of the participants since like it or not, people are more attuned on graphics rather than simply words.
